These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Premium HR application (mobile and web), related APIs, and subscription services (together, the "App") provided by Premium Tech for Information Systems ("Premium Tech", "P-Tech", "we", "us").
By installing, registering, or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. Who we are
Premium Tech operates from Saudi Arabia, Egypt, and the United Arab Emirates. Website: https://ptech.sh. Contact: info@ptech.sh.
2. The App
Premium HR is a companion application for organisations that run Odoo. It lets authorised employees and managers use selected human-resources functions on a phone, tablet, or browser, subject to a valid company subscription linked to the customer’s Odoo server.
The App is licensed, not sold. We grant a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the App only for the organisation’s internal HR operations, for the term and user limits of the subscription.
The App is not a consumer social network. It does not let users message arbitrary third parties.
3. Accounts and employer control
- Access is provided through your employer (or organisation that licensed the App). You cannot create a personal consumer account without that organisation.
- Your employer’s Odoo server must be registered with our subscription hub.
- You must keep login credentials, tokens, and registration keys confidential.
- You are responsible for activity under your account. Tell your employer promptly of unauthorised use.
- Your employer may suspend or remove your access at any time under their policies.
- We may suspend or terminate access if subscription fees are unpaid, licence limits are exceeded, or these Terms are breached.
4. Customer and employee responsibilities
- The customer remains the controller of employee and HR data stored on its Odoo server. We do not take ownership of that data.
- The customer must have a lawful basis to process HR data through the App.
- You must use the App only for legitimate work-related purposes and in line with your employer’s policies.
- You must not misrepresent attendance or location, bypass geofence or face-verification controls, reverse engineer, scrape, overload, or interfere with the App, APIs, or subscription hub.
- You must not upload unlawful, offensive, or unauthorised content.
5. Employer policies
Leave, expenses, attendance, payroll displays, and approvals follow your employer’s internal rules and Odoo configuration. Premium Tech does not approve leave, pay expenses, or set your employment terms.
6. Intellectual property
The App, its design, code, trademarks, and documentation remain the property of Premium Tech or its licensors. Odoo, Google Play, and the Apple App Store are trademarks of their respective owners. Your employer’s HR data remains subject to your employer’s rights and policies.
7. Availability and third parties
We aim for reasonable availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. The App depends on your internet connection, your employer’s Odoo server, app stores, and device operating systems. Those parties have their own terms. We are not responsible for outages or data loss on systems we do not control.
8. Disclaimer and liability
The App is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Payroll figures, balances, and approvals shown in the App come from your employer’s HR system. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for loss of data, profits, or business interruption.
Our total liability for claims arising out of the App is limited to the subscription fees paid to us for the App in the three (3) months before the claim.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
9. Changes
We may update the App and these Terms. Material changes will be posted in the App or on https://ptech.sh. Continued use after the update date means you accept the revised Terms.
10. Termination
You may stop using the App and uninstall it at any time. Your employer may end your access. We may suspend or end the licence if you breach these Terms or when the subscription expires. Sections that by nature should survive (IP, liability, governing law) remain in effect.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Courts in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia have exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer or data-protection rights that apply in your country of residence.
